The inspiration for Steak & Frice originated from an early trip to New York by Amado Fores, where he observed his family bringing steamed rice to Peter Luger Steakhouse. This sparked the idea that rice deserved a place on steakhouse menus.

The vision behind Steak & Frice is a Modern Classic Steakhouse that fuses tradition with innovation. It’s not just about French fries, but "Frice" — a concept offering abundant choices.

The name and menu, symbolized by the ampersand, are designed to appeal to a broad range of tastes, going beyond steak enthusiasts. The cuisine is playful, and the service is designed to adapt to individual preferences.
In a world full of dining options, Steak & Frice focuses on engaging all five senses, from its thoughtfully designed interiors to ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience.
